Easy Salsa recipe


Cheris quick and easy salsa

2 fresh tomatoes, diced
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup sliced green onions
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/4 teaspoons chili powder
1 medium lime, juiced
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Put it all in food processor and pulse as desired (for chunkiness). Season to desired taste with the salt and pepper.

Will keep 5 days in the refrigerator.
