Santa Fe Raspberry Salsa

While in Virginia I took a class on how to make this Santa
Fe Salsa...Goooood!!!
Sometimes you need to step outside the box and try a new
recipe filled with surprises.

Santa Fe Salsa:
1 ear fresh corn, off the Cobb (guess you could use frozen nib lets)
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 red onion
1 granny smith apple (that's right)
1/2 bunch cilantro
8 ounces Raspberry Salsa (not hard to find at all)
*
Remove corn from Cobb, dice peppers, apple and onions,
fine cilantro.
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
(can serve it right away)

cut up fine or use a chopper, or cuisine art.
serve over grilled chicken or use with chips
