For memorial day I made pulled pork sandwiches.
Here's the recipe: (I made more of the recipe with my gang)
2 lb. pork tenderloin
12 oz. root beer
18 oz bottle of barbecue sauce
Place pork in slow cooker- pour root beer over meat. cover and cook for 6-7 hours (I used the low
setting, but next time will use the high setting for 6-7 hours. cook until shreds easily.
drain well, and add the barbecue sauce. Serve with buns
For those gluten free people, I served the meat over salad, instead of buns.
