Breakfast Casserole



 

For Memorial day I made three of these breakfast casseroles for the troops..
Everyone gave it a thumbs up.

1 20-24 oz shredded hash brown (not frozen)
6 eggs
1 C. cubed ham or cooked sausage
1 c. grated cheese
1 cube margarine
1 c. milk
1 c. grated Swiss cheese

Layer potatoes in 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with pam. Cover with melted margarine.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. While waiting, mix milk with eggs and whisk together. Next layer ham or sausage, cheeses then pour egg/milk mixture over everything. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Do not cover.

Serve with fruit and juice and you have a delicious breakfast!!
