Brandon's favorite sheetcake brownies

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 Tbls. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 squares margarine
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

In a saucepan melt 2 sq. margarine; add 1 c. water; bring to boil and add to dry ingredients. While Margarine is melting, put dry ingredients in mixing bowl and stir together: flour, sugar, coca, soda, and cinnamon. Add margarine and water and beat. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla and beat. Pour into a greased jellyroll pan. Bake 18 minutes at 375. Frost immediately upon taking from oven.
1 sq. margarine
1 1/2 c. mini marsh mellows
5 Tabls. milk
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. Cocoa

In saucepan melt margarine and mini marsh mellows. Add cocoa and milk. cook and stir on med heat until slightly thickened. Add this to 1 pound powdered sugar in mixing bowl and beat (will be thick but will spread smoothly on hot cake straight from the oven)
