Aloha Peach Dessert......

Aloha Peach Dessert:

Crush 1 1/2 pkg of graham crackers (the little cellophane wrapped pkg inside the big box)
Add 1/4 c. sugar and 1/4 c. melted butter
Mix together and pat most of it in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. I reserve a few crumbs to sprinkle on top.

Melt 1/2 lb. small marshmallows with 1/4 cup milk. I do this on med-low heat on the stove, stirring often.
Allow this mixture to cool for a few minutes.
Whip 2 cups of whipping cream until fairly stiff. Combine with marshmallow mixture when it's cool.

Slice 6-8 large peaches and sprinkle with a little sugar. Stir in the sugar and allow them to sit while you make the cream mixture.

Spoon the peaches onto the graham cracker crust evenly throughout the pan.

Spread the marshmallow-whip cream mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and chopped nuts if you desire. Allow to set in the refrigerator covered with tin foil for several hours or overnight.
