Quick "Pioneer Woman" Apple Tart

This is my first experience with puff pastry.
So easy and delicious.



Put one sheet of pastry on "sprayed with oil cooking sheet".
Let thaw for about 20 min.
 Core 4 apples. Slice very thinly, and
 Squeeze 1/2 lemon over all and mix lightly. 
Add 1 c. Brown sugar and 1/4 tsp salt. and mix, Let sit for a minute and get all juicey.

Cut the puff pastry into 1/2's or 1/3rds. line apple slices on top of each other.
Bake at 415 for 18-20 min.
Serve with ice cream, or whipped cream.
