Hash Brown Quiche..Breakfast, lunch or dinner!



Recipe:
1 pkg. shredded hash browns, thawed
1/3 c. melted butter or marg.
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded swiss cheese
1 c. diced ham
1/2 c. cream or milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt (or not)
Butter a 9 in. pie pan. Press thawed hash browns into pie pan forming a soild crust. Brush hash brown with melted butter. Brush top edges too. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.

Remove crust from oven and fill with layers of cheese and ham. Beat milk and eggs and salt. Pour over cheese and ham. Return to oven at 350 about 30-40 min. or until a knife comes out clean.
If quiche is made a head, chill to store. Heat in oven 350 covered about 15 min or until hot through.

This is a great meal to drop off to someone who isn't feeling well, Because they can save it or eat it right away. Everyone loves this!
