Kay...I loved my french dip sandwiches.
But I made enuf (don't question my spelling) to feed an army.
I had them 3 days in a row.
So with the leftovers I did this.
Probably a revamped shepards pie.
Put the left over juicy shredded beef in the bottom of a pan.
Pour 1/2 -3/4 c. gravy over the top.
I added a can of corn
and topped with mashed potatoes ( can use instant) and grated cheese.
Bake at 350 till warm through.
you could do this with left over Sunday roast too!!
Am I good or what?
(My kids use to tease me that I could stretch a meal out a whole week.)
I consider that a talent!
