1 c. butter or shortening ( I use 1/2 butter and 1/2 shortening)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
mix together and then add:
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Bake at 350 for 6-10 min. frost with butter cream frosting
