Patty Edwards' Game Day Stew

---
I'm going [a little] outside the family on this one,
but LaVell and Patty have been family to us since I can remember.
They've always cared for us and looked out for us, and
they are truly loyal and loving.
-
I wanted to share a recipe from Patty- it's her famous
Game Day Stew- she made it every single home game of LaVell's
BYU career.  That's alot of stew.  And it is delish ;)
---
INGREDIENTS
-
1 pound stew meat
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 sliced carrots
4 cubed potatoes
1 Package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
-
DIRECTIONS
-
Brown stew meat.
Add two cans cream of mushroom soup with one can of water.
Put in a crock pot or L'cuisine cast iron pot
Put in over at 250 degrees for 4-6 hours
-
That's it!  Enjoy with some yummy bread!
(This is easy to play with and hard to mess up- we've used pork, beef, etc.
and we've also added different veggies... just throw it in there!)
