watermelon pie...


Ingedients:
whip together for 2 minutes
1 c. sugar
1 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. whip cream
2 drops red food coloring
THEN:
fold in 2 c. seedless watermelon
pour into prepared graham cracker crust, and top with 2 c. cool whip

    finally made this pie... Marci said it was one of the best desserts I've ever made. Colin had 3 pieces, KoKo had 2.

    Justin, Mark and Joe decided that the filling would be yummy with berries instead.
